Damage Amount Requested: $30,000.00 Broker Comment: THE IMMEDIATE ANNUITY APPLICATION WAS SIGNED BY THE CLIENT IN EARLY FEBRUARY OF 2011. THE CLIENTS NEVER INDICATED THAT THEY WERE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR MEDICAID OR OBTAINING THE ASSISTANCE OF AN ELDER LAW FIRM. THE CLIENTS FIRST DISCUSSED VA BENEFITS WITH THE FA IN JUNE OF 2006. THE ATTORNEY'S REQUEST FO HAVE THE IMMEDIATE ANNUITY RECINDED WAS DENIED.
