MY BROKER-DEALER DECIDED TO SETTLE THE CLAIM TO AVOID COSTS OF LITIGATION. I DID NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THE SETTLEMENT SUM, AND IF THE CASE WAS HEARD, I AM CONFIDENT THAT CLAIMS AGAINST ALL RESPONDENTS WOULD HAVE BEEN DISMISSED BY THE ARBITRATORS.
