The genesis of this complaint was an investmentproduct complaint. The product at issue was created and promoted by my former firm. The firm settled with theclients due to the nature of the investment. I did not, nor was I asked to, contribute to any settlement. Assuch, I believe the claims presented against me were unwarranted.
