AN ERROR IN INCORRECTLY CALCULATING STOCK SPLIT OF HERBALIFE SHARES CAUSED DAILY CUSTOM SPREADSHEETS TO CARRY WRONG TOTAL VALUE. CLIENT ALLEGES THEY SOLD ALL INVESTMENTS IN FEBRUARY '99 BASED ON SPREADSHEET VALUE. WHEN ERROR WAS IDENTIFIED A FEW DAYS AFTER SELLING, THE CLIENT REFUSED TO CANCEL AND CORRECT TRADES FOR FREE, AND TO CORRECT AT A PROFIT FOR SIX MONTHS THEREAFTER. CLIENT SOUGHT TO HAVE ME PAY FOR PAPER LOSSES REALIZED, BUT REFUSED CORRECTING ERROR. FORMER CLIENT HAS SINCE DROPPED ALL ALLEGATIONS Damage Amount Requested: $80,000.00 Broker Comment: PLEASE ARCHIVE.
