Damage Amount Requested: $3,677,816.00 Broker Comment: Mr. Budakian was identified in error as the Branch Manager in the original customer complaint. Barclays denied the allegations of the complaint and proceeded to arbitration. The error was realized and Mr. Budakian's name was removed from the arbitration.
