The issue is related to a form instructing Ameriprise to move assets from the client's mother's Ameriprise individual account to an Ameriprise joint account with the client and his mother. The advisor's only involvement was receiving forms and executing account activity based on instructions from the family. It should be noted that the client is currently an incarcerated, convicted criminal.
