ICALLED [THIRD PARTY] AND HE SAID HE HAD NO SOLD THE STOCK TOOPPENHEIMER & MY GOOD-TIL-CANCELLED ORDER WAS STILL GOOD. WESOLD THE BALANCE OF HIS STOCK THAT AFTERNOON ON LIMITS AND DIDNOT DELIVER TO OPPENHEIMER AS PER THEIR REQUEST. OPPENHEIMERFILED AGAINST [THIRD PARTY], ME PERSONALLY, AND [THIRD PARTY] FOR NOTDELIVERING.
