Disposition: I WAS CALLED AT HOME BY THE JUDGE A FEW DAYSAFTER I WAS CHARGED. I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE I HAD NO PREVIOUSPROBLEMS WITH THE LAW, THE CHARGES WERE DISMISSED AND THAT ITWOULD NOT APEAR ON MY RECORD. THAT IS THE REASON I DID NOTREPORT IT IN MY INITIAL APPLICATION.
Broker Comment: I WAS IN A BAND, THE ORGAN PLAYER DECIDED HENEEDED SOME SPEAKERS. ONE NIGHT WHEN WE WERE DRIVING IN MY CAR,HE HAD ME DRIVE TO THE GOLF COURSE. I DO NOT RECALL THAT THETHEFT WAS PREPLANNED ON MY PART, BUT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN. AT ANYRATE, HE & ANOTHER BAND MEMBER TOOK THE SPEAKERS AND I DROVETHE GETAWAY CAR. MY PARTICIPATION WAS A RESULT OF AN IMPULSIVEACT AND PER PRESSURE.
