THE OLD POLICY WAS NEVER TERMINATED. IN ADDITION, CLIENTS ALLEGE INADEQUATE DISCLOSURE WITH RESPECT TO A LOAN TAKEN ON OLD POLICY. CLIENTS DID NOT SPECIFY ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES. Broker Comment: THE FIRM RESPONDED TO THE CUSTOMERS ON MAY 4, 2000 PROVIDING INFORMAITON RELATING TO THEIR POLICIES AND REQUESTING COPIES OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REFERENCED IN THEIR PREVIOUS LETTER. WHEN THE FIRM DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE, EITHER VERBAL OR WRITTEN, THE MATTER WAS CLOSED WITHOUT ACTION.
