I signed papers at a mortgage company for his refinancing and thought it was completed. He passed away in July of 2005 and I found out the refinancing never when through. I tried to sell but due to the condition could not find a buyer. When my husband lost his job I could not longer maintain the mortgage and requested the deed in lieu.
