I WAS ARRESTED AND WENT TO ANAHEIM POLICE DEPT. AND WAS CHARGED FOR PETTY THEFT AND ONE OUTSTANDING TRAFFIC WARRANT. I WAS IN JAIL APPROX 2HRS THIS DAY THEN RELEASED TO MY MOTHER. I WENT TO COURT FOR THIS EVENT AND WAS FINED $70.00 AND CHARGED MISDEMEANOR PENAL CODE 484-488. THIS EVENT OCCURED 25 YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS 18 YEARS OF AGE AND WAS INFORMED I MAY HAVE THIS REMOVED FROM MY RECORD SINCE IT IS OVER 10 YEARS OLD AND HAVE HAD NO OTHER CHARGES SINCE. THANK YOU.
