LOSSES EXCEED $5,000 Damage Amount Requested: $5,000.00 Broker Comment: IR STATED THAT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, THE INVESTMENT WAS PAYING 12% INCOME. CLIENT BOUGHT 100 SHARES AT 50.25 PER SHARE. THE COMPANY SUBSEQUENTLY STOPPED PAYING DIVIDENDS AND WENT BANKRUPTCY. CLIENT WAS AWARE OF MARKET RISK AND WAS TOLD BY IR THAT THIS INVESTMENT WAS NOT GUARANTEED AGAINST LOSS. CLAIM DENIED.
