THE KANSAS BAR ATTORNEY REGISTRATION OFFICE INDICATED THAT MY DELIVERY TO THE P.O. BOX WAS NOT DEEMED TO HAVING BEEN RECEIVED "AT" THEIR OFFICES. ULTIMATELY, I HAD TO PAY A $100 LATE FEE AND DURING THE RESOLUTION OF THE MATTER I BELIEVE I WAS TECHNICALLY SUSPENDED FROM PRACTICING LAW IN KANSAS; HOWEVER, I WAS NOT PRACTICING LAW DURING THIS TIME PERIOD.
