RR AND CLIENT HAVE HAD SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS ABOUT THIS BEING THE DATE THAT THE COMPANY WILL ANNUITIZE THE CONTRACT; NOT WHEN THE MONEY WOULD BE ACCESSIBLE. CONTRACT IS AN IRA AND HAS 9 MONTHS LEFT ON THE 4 YEAR SURRENDER PERIOD. RR AND CLIENT WENT OVER THESE TERMS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THE PAPERWORK WAS SIGNED. AFTER THIS PERIOD THE MONEY WILL BE ACCESSIBLE PURSUANT TO IRS GUIDELINES.
