Allegations: Ms. Hossain voluntarily resigned from Wells Fargo Advisors after the Firm had initiated a review of verbal allegations from a client that Ms. Hossain accepted a loan from the client. The Firm was also reviewing whether Ms. Hossain used text messages to communicate with the client for business-related purposes.
Broker Comment: I was unaware of any internal review during my employment with Wells Fargo and only became aware of it upon RBC notice of a requirement to update the U4 due to an amended U5 filed by Wells Fargo nearly 30 days after my voluntary resignation. I have not been informed of the details of the internal review or the results of any such review.
