THE CLIENT INVESTED $500K AND TOOK OUT $986K WHICH REPRESENTED A 8.72% AVERAGE ANNUAL RETURN FOR THE PERIOD THE ACCOUNT WAS OPEN. ALL THIS IN SPITE OF THE DOW DROPPING 38%, NASDAQ DOWN 78% AND S & P 500 DOWN 42%. OUR ATTORNEY MANAGED TO LOSE THIS CASE ON CHARGES OF SUITABILITY! IS THIS INCREDIBLE OR WHAT? ARBITRATORS TOTALLY IGNORED THE FACTS AND PUNISHED US BECAUSE OF BAD BEHAVIOR ON THE PART OF OUR ATTORNEY WHO ARGUED WITH THEM ALL 5 DAYS INSTEAD OF ARTICULATING THE CASE. I FEEL THAT JUSTICE WAS DEFINIETLY NOT SERVED IN THIS CASE, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE HAVE NO RIGHT TO APPEAL.
