WE DISPUTED THE DEBT THEN BUT A JUDGMENT WAS FILED AT THAT TIME. THE JUDGMENT SIMPLY SAT ON RECORD FROM 2000 UNTIL 2010 WHEN THEY RENEWED THE FILING AND TRIED TO PUSH FOR A SETTLEMENT. EASIEST THING TO DO WAS FOR US TO SIMPLY SETTLE WITH THEM AND THEY AGREED TO AMOUNT STATED ABOVE. WE PAID THEM AND THE JUDGMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
