THE HOUSE WAS SOLD ON A LEASE OPTION BUT WE HAD TO EVICT THE TENANT AND MAKE HOME IMPROVEMENT IN EXCESS OF 30K TO A HOME THAT WAS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD. A JUDGEMENT WAS OBTAINED AGAINST THE RENTOR BUT NEVER FILED ON MY PART. I MADE ALL THE PAYMENTS ON TIME AND ENTERED A SHORTSALE TRANACTION WITH A NEW BUYER WITH THE PERMISSION OF ONEWEST BANK. I INDICATED TO ONEWEST THAT I HAVE NOT NOR DO I PLAN TO DEFAULT ON MY DEBT. THE SHORTSALE WAS APPROVED BUT ONEWEST WOULD NOT ALLOW THE CLOSING BECAUSE ALL PAYMENT ON THE PROPERTY WERE MADE ON TIME. I WAS FORCED INTO DEFAULT SO WE COULD COMPLETE THE SHORTSALE TRANSACTION.
