REP DENIES ALL CLAIMS AND ALLEGATIONS, AND STATES THAT HE PROVIDED COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION CONCERNING VARIABLE ANNUITY PRODUCT TO CLIENT, BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING, WHICH INFORMATION INCLUDED THE ASSOCIATED SURRENDER CHARGES FOR EARLY WITHDRAWAL, BEFORE CLIENT MADE ANY INVESTMENT DECISION.
