Broker Comment: WHEN I WAS IN DENVER, I WAS ON A DOUBLE DATE WITHA FRIEND. WE WENT TO TACO BELL, AND AS WE WERE WAITING IN THEDRIVE THRU, THIS "FRIEND" GOT OUT OF OUR CAR, AND BEGAN TEARINGUP BUSHES IN THE PARKING LOT, AND THROWING THEM ON PARKED CARS. THE POLICE CAME, HE RAN, AND THEY TOOK ME IN. WHEN I HAD MYCOURT DATE, MY FRIEND CAME IN AND CONFESSED TO EVERYTHING, ANDTHE CITY ATTORNEY DROPPED EVERYTHING AGAINST ME. I WAS TOLDTHEN THAT ALL THE FILES ON ME WERE TO CHANGED TO HIS NAME. INEVER HEARD ABOUT IT AGAIN UNTIL NOW. THIS IS WHY I DID NOTREPORT THIS CASE. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION NOTHING REMAINEDOF IT.
