HOWEVER, ONE CREDITOR WOULDN'T WORK WITH US AND PURSUED THE MATTER ALL THE WAY TO WAGE GARNISHMENT, WHICH WAS AWARDED TO THEM FOR NEARLY 25% OF HIS PAY. IF THIS WOULD HAVE CONTINUTED WE WOULD HAVE LOST OUR HOME AND MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION. WE FILED TO PREVENT THIS GARNISHMENT AND KEEP OUR HOME. SHOWN BY OUR FILING DATE, YOU CAN SEE WE EXPENDED ALL OUR SAVINGS AND DID EVERYTHING WE COULD TO PREVENT FROM FILING, BUT ENDED UP HAVING TOO TO AVOID WAGE GARNISHMENT.
