THEY ALSO ALLEGE THEY WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE OF A POLICY HELD AT LINCOLN FINANCIAL IN WHICH THEY ARE THE OWNERS OF THE CONTRACT EVEN THOUGH THEIR MOTHER PAYS THE PREMIUMS. THEREFORE, THEY REQUESTED RETURN OF ALL PREMIUMS PLUS INTEREST FOR BOTH POLICIES. Damage Amount Requested: $58,542.06 Broker Comment: DOCUMENTS ON FILE CLEARLY STATED IT WAS NOT A WHOLE LIFE POLICY THAT THE PREMIUMS AND THE DEATH BENEFITS WERE NOT GUARANTEED. ADDITIONALLY, RECORDS SHOW THE OWNERS OF THE CONTRACTS WERE AWARE OF AND WERE INVOLVED WITH THE PUCHASE OF THE POLICY AT LINCOLN FINANCIAL.
