ALTHOUGH THERE WERE DELAYS ON THE ACCOUNT TRANSFERS THEY APPEARED TO BE A RESULT OF AN OWNERSHIP ERROR AT THE THIRD PARTY. THE FIRM OFFERED TO FREE LOOK THE ANNUITY POLICY HOWEVER THE CLIENT DID NOT RESPOND TO THE FINAL OFFER.
