THIS WAS A PRODUCT PROBLEM, NOT A BROKER PROBLEM. PIPER SETTLED A CLASS ACTION SUIT OVER IT AND A SMALL NUMBER OF PEOPLE, LIKE [CUSTOMER], OPTED OUT WITH THE INTENTION OF ENRIGHING THEMSELVES, IN MY OPINION. PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE NEARLY 12 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS WITH NO OTHER COMPLAINTS. I CAN DOCUMENT THAT I SOLD THE FUND BY PROSPECTUS AND TAHT THE CLIENT REPRESENTED HER SITUATION DIFFERENTLY THEN AS OPPOSED TO WHAT SHE CLAIMED IN THE SUIT.
