This judgment was originally established from 175.43 bi-weekly to 337-29 bi-weekly. Upon receiving the appropriate documents from the state of SC my manager forwarded the documents to our payroll to commence wage garnishment in the amount of 337.29 bi-weekly. After noticing that the amount had not been adjusted on my paychecks I attempted to resend the amendment but nothing ever changed. After several weeks I received a notice that I was in arrears on my child support payments. This led to the amendment filed on 7/21/2017 that I have just been made aware of that will a lien placed on my wages in the amount of 404.75 bi-weekly until the arrears are satisfied.
