I CONTINUE TO DENY ANY AND ALL WRONGDOING WITH RESPECT TO THIS CUSTOMER. THE CUSTOMER PURCHASED A REIT INVESTMENT IN 2007 THAT UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT PERFORM AS WELL AS HOPED DUE TO THE SUBSEQUENT FINANCIAL CRISIS AND COLLAPSE OF THE HOUSING BUBBLE. HOWEVER, THE RISKS OF THE INVESTMENT WERE FULLY DISCUSSED AND DISCLOSED TO THE CUSTOMER WHO HAD PRIOR EXPERIENCE INVESTING IN A REIT.
