Date: March 01, 2009 Category: Financial Type: Bankruptcy Disposition: Discharged Broker Comment: I USE TO OWN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WITH A PARTNER IN 2009. HE OWNED ANOTHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AT THAT SAME TIME AND SOLD IT FOR $151 MILLION DOLLARS DURING THIS TIME. THE COMPANY THAT HE SOLD TO FELT LIKE HE HAD VIOLATED HIS CONTRACT OF THE SALE BECAUSE OF HIS PARTNERSHIP WITH ME IN ANOTHER BUSINESS SO HE WAS SUED. SINCE I WAS AN OWNER IN THE OTHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY THAT HE WAS ALSO AN OWNER OF, I WAS NAMED IN THE LAWSUIT. I DIDN'T HAVE THE FUNDS TO FIGHT THIS $30 BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION SO I FILED BANKRUPTCY IN ORDER TO ESCAPE THE LITIGATION BETWEEN THE TWO PARTIES.
