Damage Amount Requested: $250,000.00 Settlement Amount: $42,500.00 Broker Comment: Mr. Banducci sincerely denies all allegations made by the Customer, which is the first and only customer complaint made during Mr. Banducci's otherwise spotless, 23-year career in the financial industry. All material terms of each investment made were accurately and fully disclosed to the Customer and each satisfied his intended investment objectives, risk profile, and time horizon and thus were suitable. This matter was settled, without any admission of liability, for no reason other than to avoid the time, cost, and expense of completing a FINRA arbitration hearing. Despite the cost analysis that prompted the settlement, Mr. Banducci concedes no merit to the Customer's baseless claims and he maintains he proceeded in compliance with all rules, regulations, and laws.
