APONTE, WITH WHOM SHE SHARED 50% OF THE INVESTMENT ACCOUNT, TOLD HER THAT ONCE THE INVESTMENTS WERE SOLD, THE PROCESS OF WHICH TAKES 8 WEEKS, THE COMPANY WOULD SEND A CHECK TO EACH ONE OF THEM WITH THE CORRESPONDING AMOUNTS. AS OF TODAY, ALMOST FOUR MONTHS, I DO NOT HAVE ANY NEWS OF MR. APONTE NOR THE MONEY, SINCE I NEVER RECEIVED THE CHECK. CLIENT FEELS DEFRAUDED. Damage Amount Requested: $23,470.81
