THIS RESIGNATION WASVOLUNTARY AND NOT DUE TO ANY ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES.UNFORTUNATELY, IT APPEARS THAT PRUDENTIAL HAS TAKEN THISOPPORTUNITY TO TRY TO ABSOLVE ITSELF BY PUSHING ITS COMPLICITYOFF TO A FORMER REPRESENTATIVE UNABLE TO PROPERLY RESPOND.
