ZARN STATES ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED. ON NOVEMBER 30, 1981, ZARN WAS CHARGED WITH THEFT OVER $150 FOR "RETAINING POSSESSION OF WARD'S DEPARTMENT STORE, A PRINCESS GARDNER CIGARETTE CASE, A GTE PHONE, A PAIR OF SHOES, A NIGHT SHIRT, A TEXAS INSTRUMENT SPEAK AND SPELL, 2 SWEATERS,HEAD PHONES, A BOOK CASE, AND VARIOUS FOOD ITEMS, OF A VALUE IN EXCESS OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00)" (COMPLAINT NO. 27-11-5-028963). THE COMPLAINT WAS DISMISSED IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA DISTRICT COURT, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT "WHEREAS THE DEFENDANT HAS VOLUNTARILY BEEN UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF OPERATION DE NOVO (HENNEPIN COUNTY PRE-TRIAL DIVERSION PROJECT) PURSUANT TO A TWELVE MONTH CONTINUANCE ON MISCELLANEOUS CALENDAR WITHOUT A PLEA" ON FEBRUARY 24, 1983 (D.C. #79264, C.A. #81-3100).
