CUSTOMER INITIATED UNSOLICIATED SALES OF SEVERAL GOOD STOCK POSITIONS. HE CHOSE TO PLACE 100% OF THE PROCEEDS INTO THE EMERGING GROWTH PORTFOLIO DURING THE DOLLAR COST AVERAGING PERIOD. CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED THAT BENEFITS OF USING THE TAX-DEFFERRED ANNUITY WITHIN HIS IRA WERE: GUARANTEED DEATH BENEFITS, GUARANTEED DOLLAR -COST AVERAGING RATE OF 10%, AND ABILITY TO EXCHANGE BETWEEN MUTUAL FUNDS MANAGERS WITHOUT CHARGE. CUSTOMER RECEIVED A PROSPECTUS AND A 10-DAY "FREE LOOK" TO CHANGE HIS MIND. HE ACCEPTED THE APPROXIMATELY $6000 INTEREST ---- AND EXERCISED HIS EXCHANGES PRIVILEGES ON TWO OCCASIONS."
