HER DAUGHTER WAS CONVICTED OF THEFT BY DECEPTION AND FORGERY. [CUSTOMER] ALLEGES THAT I WAS NEGLIGENT IN FAILING TO NOTIFY HER THAT HER DAUGHTER DID ALL OF THIS EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS DONE DIRECTLY THROUGH THE ANNUITY COMPANY AND NOT ME THE REP,I WASN'T AWARE OF THE WITHDRAWALS UNTIL AFTERWARDS.
