In the meantime, [third party] died December 23, 2016,I had not found anyone to represent me until I received a notice of levy. I then searched and found the Tax Defense Network located in Jacksonville, FL to represent me. I signed documents agreeing for them to represent me. While the matter is under review, I agreed to pay $674.00 monthly to IR5 until this matter is resolved, I have provided numerous documents to prove that I do not owe thekind of money to IRS as indicated to the Tax Defense Network. Within the coming months I expect this matter to be settled and I do not expect to owe anythingresembling 538,424.89. I was licensed in business December 30, 1983, and in all these years until 2014, Ihave not had a single audlit inquiry.
